If you’re not sure about your size, we strongly recommend booking a consultation to ensure you get the perfect fit. LWL Jewelry is not responsible for errors in measurements provided by the customer. If resizing is needed, we’ll help, but please note that additional fees may apply for adjustments.

We use only the finest materials in our jewelry, including 18K gold. This ensures that your pieces not only shine with luxurious beauty but also have the durability to last a lifetime. Our gold is carefully sourced, giving you the quality you expect from LWL Jewelry.

Some of our pieces feature black rhodium-plated white gold, creating a bold and beautiful finish. Please note that this plating can wear off over time, particularly with regular friction. To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend periodic re-plating. If needed, we offer re-plating services for a small fee to restore the finish.

Your jewelry is designed to last, but it needs a little TLC! Keep it clean by gently wiping it with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or moisture to ensure your pieces retain their sparkle. Store your jewelry in a safe, dry place when you’re not wearing it.
